This week’s newsletter is arriving right on time, but my heart is still somewhere between the Colorado Rockies and the California coast. I just returned from a mindful train ride on the Amtrak Zephyr, traveling from Denver to San Francisco with my husband. Epic landscapes, quiet moments, and the rhythm of the rails reminded me how movement can be its own kind of meditation. Back on solid ground, I’ve been writing and reflecting.
