Happy New Year! As we step into 2026, the Year of the Horse, I want to wish you energy, progress, and new adventures. In the zodiac, the horse symbolizes vitality, freedom, and forward momentum: qualities that feel especially inspiring as we begin this new chapter together. To start the year, I’m excited to share some recent blog posts that explore themes of culture, reflection, and empathy. One of my favorites is The Traveling Cat Chronicles Made Me Cry in the Best Way, a heartfelt look at how a simple story about a cat and its owner can stir deep emotions and remind us of the beauty of companionship. Another post, It’s Not Easy for Men Either: Rethinking Gender Pressures in Japan, dives into an important conversation about societal expectations and how they affect everyone, not just women. It’s a topic that deserves more attention, and I hope it sparks meaningful dialogue.
