For me, this celebration is deeply personal. I’ve known our CEO, Olivier, for more than 30 years.

Back when we graduated from Japanese Studies in Belgium, neither of us imagined that one day we’d be working together to build something so meaningful.

That long history makes this work even more amazing, it’s a full-circle moment that reminds me how passion and persistence can shape a career in unexpected ways.

What’s even more special is how this enduring connection reflects something deeply Japanese: the value placed on long-term relationships in business. In Japan, trust and continuity are cornerstones of professional success, and our story feels like a living example of that principle.

Building the U.S. Business

As someone now focused on expanding our presence in the U.S., I can honestly say this journey has been both inspiring and rewarding. Every day, I see how our work transforms careers and strengthens global collaboration. And the best part? We’re not slowing down, we’re innovating more than ever.

Expanding Accessibility Through Language

We’re also making our eLearning programs more inclusive by adding Brazilian Portuguese and Latin American Spanish subtitles. This step ensures that professionals across the Americas can access our resources in the language they’re most comfortable with.
